OUR PROGRAMS
MENTORUP
The LatinXNA Mentoring Program was created to provide our community with access to a structured, goal focused, and action oriented mentoring program. By focusing on three types of development, we are able to provide individuals access to certified Skills, Career, and Leadership development mentors.
For those who join the program to give back and serve as a mentor, we provide a mentor certification course to help them prepare for their mentorship engagement. We also provide them resources and support along the way as they engage with the mentees.
For those who join the program to focus on their personal and professional development by serving as a mentee, we provide a brief Mentee Training session to help them prepare to leverage their mentor to the fullest.
This program is open to anyone wanting to serve as a mentor or mentee.

LEADUP
This program provides an opportunity for accelerated professional growth by preparing and placing our LatinXNA members in positions of power and influence. Whether it's placement on a non-profit board, a private board, or a public board, we provide the knowledge, skills, and tools to successfully lead upward.
COMMUNITY PATHWAYS
This pathway provides our community with access to mentorship connections with professionals, local youth, small business owners, and non-profit leaders. Whether you are interested in finding a mentor, supporting the growing youth of NWA, or mentoring a local leader, this is the program for you!

This pathway provides an opportunity for accelerated professional growth by preparing and pairing our LatinXNA members with NWA community members in need of advisory support or mentorship. These community members are a part of local small businesses, non-profits, and the future generations of NWA.
