LET'S MAKE AN IMPACT

In efforts of advancing strategic goals, we at Serve2Perform along with our corporate partners recognize that in order to better meet our growing team and customer needs, we need leadership that reflects the backgrounds, beliefs, and experiences of a growing market segment– the Hispanic community.

The Hispanic population in the United States is one of the fastest-growing segments of the population, and as such, it represents a significant market share. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Hispanics made up 19.1% of the U.S. population in 2021, and their spending power is expected to reach $2.6 trillion by 2023. This means that Hispanics represent a $1 trillion market, and their spending power is growing at a rate of 6% per year. Despite these growing and high impact statistics, Hispanics are represented in 4% of officer and/or executive leader roles at Fortune 500 companies.

We are taking active measures to change these statistics. We have identified Latino top talent and their lasting contributions as well as their existing potential for greater leadership development, organizational and community impact, and acceleration. In partnership with Walmart, JB Hunt, PepsiCo, and P&G, we present to you, the Latino Talent Accelerator.
