Wow. Our 2022 LatinXNA Latina Empowerment Panel was BEYOND phenomenal! We are so so proud to have a community of Latinas who not only show up but show out and prioritize making their voices heard. September 21st was truly an incredible afternoon of fearlessness and knowledge sharing. Here are some of the great takeaways we captured:

• We can't control what others think of us or how we are perceived, but cultivating confidence and pride in who we are, where we come from, and what we have accomplished, is a healthy characteristic.

• Give yourself permission. Don't wait for others to make you feel like you are able to sit at the table, speak up, or share your thoughts. WE have to give ourselves this permission.

• Never forget to “F.L.Y.” - First, Love Yourself

• Words are powerful. Your career and reputation are built on trust. Trust can take years to build, but can be lost in only a second.
